Buskaid

Among the difficult environments of the neighborhoods of Soweto, one of the poorest regions in South Africa, is an ensemble of 28 young people with talent and love for classical music. The Buskaid string ensemble is considered a rough diamond that little by little little is developing its true brightness and potential.

My recipe from Italy:
Tiramisú
Ingredients
500g by Mascarpone Galbani
5 Eggs
5 tablespoons of powdered sugar
40 biscuits of soletilla
2 cups strong coffee without sugar
2 tablespoons of sweet Marsala wine
Sugar free cocoa powder to your liking
Recipe
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat the yolks with the sugar until the mixture clears
Add the mascarpone, mix well until you get a creamy and consistent mixture.
Mount the egg whites until stiff. A little salt helps them ride better.
Mix the mascarpone cream with the whites until you get a homogeneous cream.
Mix the cold coffee and Marsala in a deep plate and soak the biscuits.
Place half of the biscuits in the bottom of a pan (the type that is used for gratin), cover them with half of the mixture made with the eggs, place the rest of the biscuits and cover everything with the remaining part of the mixture.
Let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours (although ideally it should rest for 12 hours)
When serving, sprinkle the Tiramisu with cocoa powder using a sieve.

Ummmm...😋
